About

Savage Industries is the parent company of the Savage, Bingham & Garfield. The Savage, Bingham & Garfield runs at night on UTA's Mid Jordan light rail line. The best times to see it in action are between 12 am and 5 am. Every so often the units have been spotted in the early morning heading between Midvale yard to Roper Yard. Savage shares the Midvale yard with Utah Railway. The shortline's engines have earned the nickname of the Vampires.
